Once you have found your all-time favourite falsies, you want to make sure that they last for as long as possible! To give you a helping hand, we share our handy tips and tricks to care for your lashes the right way. By correctly cleaning, storing and handling your lashes, you can ensure that you can re-wear them time and time again!

Keeping your falsies in perfect condition all starts with the application process. When removing your lashes from the packaging, be sure to pull gently from the lash band instead of the strands, as this will help to avoid tearing or pulling loose any lash fibres. Further to this, if you like to wear mascara with your lashes, apply your mascara first instead of on top of your lashes. This will prevent any mascara build-up on the fibres and avoid the need to spend extra amounts of time cleaning them.

When it’s time to remove your falsies, it is important to do so slowly and carefully! To remove your lashes, again, gently pull them off from the edge of the lash band and not from the lash fibres. If they are stuck or not pulling off easily, swipe a tiny bit of makeup remover over the lash band to help loosen the lash glue.

We recommended thoroughly cleaning your lashes after every wear. To do so, gently peel off any excess glue with tweezers and place your falsies on a clean towel, gently wiping from band to fibre tip using a cotton pad or cotton tip soaked in make-up remover. Oil-free makeup remover will become your new best friend for ensuring your falsies last the distance! It will help to remove any glue or mascara build-up on the fibres and band without making your lashes greasy and preventing glue from adhering to the lash band on your next application. Always make sure you allow your lashes to air-dry before storing or re-wearing. To store your lashes until your next showtime moment, keep them in their original box packaging or an airtight container, away from any moisture or dust.
